Caroline is ardent about building and scaling early-stage ventures. With a strong background in media, entrepreneurship, and strategic leadership, she brings a unique blend of practical insight and operational expertise from her experience founding companies and guiding them through growth and acquisition.

Caroline began her career at CNN in Atlanta before joining Cox Communications’ start-up to support local media during the 1996 Olympic Games. Next, she launched ODAC, an online digital solutions company that she grew and successfully sold to a leading technology firm serving the broadcasting industry. Caroline’s passion for media led her to invest in and serve as CEO of Dickey Publishing, a print publishing media venture, that acquired Modern Luxury in 2010 and is currently a leading luxury media platform.

In addition to her entrepreneurial work, Caroline is deeply committed to philanthropy, serving on several non-profit advisory boards.

Caroline graduated from Princeton University, playing tennis and serving as President of Kappa Alpha Theta. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is dedicated to helping visionary entrepreneurs and businesses reach their full potential.
