Pam is passionate about helping high-potential startups take flight. With a robust background in strategy consulting, startup leadership, and fundraising, she brings a distinctive skill set to early-stage businesses, guiding them to overcome challenges and scale successfully.
She began her career at Bain & Company, where she advised clients across diverse industries—including consumer packaged goods, grocery retail, financial services, and technology—working in the firm’s Boston, Sydney, and London offices. Later, as Chief of Staff at Droplet Biosciences, a seed-stage oncology diagnostics company, Pam led branding, marketing, and communications initiatives while playing a critical role in pitch development, fundraising, and go-to-market strategy.
Pam has extensive experience in non-profit fundraising and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at the Buckingham, Browne & Nichols School.
Pam earned a history degree from Princeton University where she was a starting forward on the two-time national champion rugby team. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a dedicated Philadelphia Eagles fan.
